Inke Tinke is an organic food shop located in the center of Sofia. It runs under the same management as the Sun and Moon vegetarian restaurant and bakery. The shop offers a good variety of herbs, juices, pastas, canned food and more. There is a wide selection of pulses and stone ground flours, home made sweets and organic coffee. You can sit with a cup of coffee and a book in a cute sitting corner, the place though small, has a great ambience of comfort and friendliness about it. Some fruits and vegetables from monastery gardens have too been introduced recently. Most of the certified foods and products in the shop are imported, while the fruits and the local pulses come from monastery and the White Brotherhood farms and gardens.
