Clubs
Opening its doors for the first time in 1959, establishing it as the first Bulgarian club, Yalta has been setting the path on the clubbing scene now for over 50 years. Being the first place in Bulgaria to play electronic music as well as being the first Bulgarian club to introduce a guest DJ from abroad (Chad Jackson, 1992), Yalta Club has been a starting point for many DJs, as well as being a common place for the more established DJs, with guests including the likes of Eric Prydz, Groove Armada, Pete Tong and MJ Cole.
Reinventing itself in 2005 with a new concept, Yalta's mission is to ensure that all guests are relaxed and able to enjoy themselves. With a state of tranquility and minimalist comfort, Yalta focuses on contrasting itself from the 'wild rhythm' of Sofia outside its four walls.
With a sound system that Maier Sound guarantee to be the best for at least a 1,500km radius, and a light display of over 16,000 colours including strobe effects and lasers, this club sits at the birthplace of the clubbing culture in Bulgaria.
